my cash out is set to check.   when i try and request, it says, "Your account is currently set to receive payments only via PayPal or Direct Deposit.
Please change your payment method and try your request again."

I don't know why that is!  Time to send in a ticket to FC.  Put "Urgent" in the subject line.  I hope you can get a reply before the end of the month so you can cash out!

Has this happened to you before? Did you use direct deposit or paypal before that was linked to your bank account? Put in a support ticket. Hope you get it resolved soon.

never happened before.  used direct deposit in the past but not paypal....got paid last month by check.

they sent reply to my ticket.  said i had tried to cash in one that had already been cashed in.  think i did it twice cause i thought the other one didnt go through.

the answer i got was that i had tried to sign a check over to someone else.  why would i do that?  am thinking of changing sign in info...someone may have hacked my acct.

Does your account information match the information you used to cash/deposit the check exactly?

Okay everybody I found out what happened with my check.  I let my landlord cash it just for laundromat money and that is against the rules.

I used Paypal for all my payments then suddenly I had to change to check. Still getting paid but it was frustrating they made a rule change when I had got paid through Paypal for over a year.

I have not experienced this in the past but make sure to send in a ticket so the FusionCash team can help you. They have always been really quick to get back to me anytime I have had an issue. Good luck!
