Another gripe....
« on: June 10, 2016, 01:33:11 pm »
I know it irks some to hear me gripe about some of this site's....."eccentricities", but I find it pretty shallow that FC is going to dock my next cashout 60 cents for two old surveys that suddenly decided to "deny" me credit. FC can't eat 60 cents on an old credit being denied, but I probably have about $30 worth of offers & surveys that I was never credited during my 6 year tenure here. lol

I have been with FC for several years. Over the years, I have not been credited more times than I can count. I am not even interested in counting those times. I also have had some payments revoked, but not very many. In some of the situations where I did not get credit, it was because I used safari which, some years back, was a problem because some offers were built just for windows at the time period. It may no longer be a problem. I long ago began to use chrome.

However, when it is all said and done, most of my offers did credit. I have  had a lot of fun on FC and I have made enough money to use towards extras in my life that added to the quality of my life.

I am unhappy when offers and surveys don't credit or when a payment is revoked but FC is still the best site of its kind, at least in my opinion and I move on. The next survey or offer will probably credit and maybe next cashout, no payment will get revoked.

I agree.  You cannot concentrate on the payment you didnt get.  You have to remember the payments you do get.  Otherwise you will drive yourself crazy!  :confused1:

When do you find out that a payment is revoked?

When do you find out that a payment is revoked?

You will get an email if you have signed up to receive emails from FC. Otherwise you will notice that your balance has gone down. It can happen any time after taking an offer or completing a survey or bonus. It can happen soon after or some time after like weeks later. It often happens after you cash out and before you get paid.

If you signed up to get emails from FC, your email will have the words "notification about your account". As soon as you see those words, it means that a payment has been revoked.

Oh ok. So it is probably a good idea to cash out with a bit of a buffer over the $25/$15?

What happens to your other payments if it takes you under your $25/$15?

I was wondering about this, too.  If I understand it correctly, FusionCash serves as a host site to its advertisers.  Advertisers bear some responsibility with respect to the content, clarity and functionality of these surveys in exchange for our attentiveness and commitment to complete the study mindfully and honestly.  I've noticed many surveys that request comments or ways to improve a survey upon completion, typically at the end before you receive the "success" screen.  I do my best to provide constructive criticism, if it's justifiable, because I believe that's a win-win.  I'm not perfect and realize I'm bound to slip occasionally, but a revocation stings.  Why can't some consolation be available to cover our time?

Wow that really stinks. I say try to do offers that you know will credit or have proved themselves to you before. I've never heard of a survey doing that before though.

I only ever had it happen once for a 3 dollar survey but luckily it didn't take me below cashout threshold

Seems like all the gripes I have read about on here and nothing has never been done about any of them.

The legitimate complaints that have a resolution possible get taken care of often, but gripes from those who complain (but still take the free money) are usually ignored, as they should be. I would do the same thing.
