Is your smile natural or do you have to be aware of your smile or forced? I do smile more when happy. I know being aware of your smile is helpful. Do you know how to work your smile? I have heard the line, 'put that nice smile on' Do you believe that smiles has power? ok, the word smile, mile is the measurement of far, what is the letter s ment? ok, smile means shinning go far RIGHT lol, Have a gr8 day!

I smile all time naturally and have big teeth so it looks like I am always smile.

I do smile a lot. Most of the time it is real. I smile and laugh a lot at home and with the girls at work. Other times at work it is forced. I work at a restaurant and you always have to have a smile on your face.

When I was younger I had to "paint" a smile on my face for family photos and things like that.  I was going through the motions of being a good person but I wasn't necessarily happy.

Now, things are different.  I've customized a lifestyle where I am truly happy and at peace.  It's easy for me to smile now and my smile comes from within.

Yes, I smile. Not as often with a natural smile. I still try though. I might laugh more than I smile.

I smile mostly throughout the day. It will be so unhealthy not to. There is a tune that just resurfaced when I think of smiling and it goes like this" If you're happy and you know it clap your hands." Did someone clapped their hands after reading that? I hope I put a smile on your face today!!!

I do smile. I smile at people throughout the day. I have noticed I have different smiles... like one for strangers vs one for a friend.
