Garlic salt, cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, plain salt and pepper, and onion powder are the ones I like and use the most.

Depends on what I am making. I do find a lot of the seasoning blends to come in handy!! I found that we love the different Grill Mates by McCormick's to be good on just about any meat!! We don't like a lot of cumin, coriander or cilantro on much of anything. SO I usually cut back on that, but still include it in recipes.

Garlic and onion always.  Purchased a spice blend at that has both and was a great price.  Use others depending on what I am cooking but always cut the spicy ones in half.

Uh, oh....I use a lot of different seasonings depending on what I'm making. My main preference is garlic, chili powder, cumin, a mix of steak seasonings that I do up myself, cinnamon sugar and combination mix for pork rub, and Italian seasonings.

I used to use Adobo seasonings (powder) until I read the ingredient list and saw it uses MSG and lots of salt. That's a no-no for this house. I do use  Chipotle pepper in Adobo sauce, though. Sometimes I use ginger for my ginger beef recipe but not often. I try to stay away from sweet, sugary, and salty ingredients. Celery flakes instead of salt and I dry my own.

Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning is my absolute favorite. Like they claim on the can, it IS good on everything! I also like McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning on steak. And of course, we use a variety of other herbs and spices depending on the recipe.

I use a lot of cooking seasonings since I cook a lot of the same items (especially chicken) so to change it up I season it differently. A few of my favorites are Italian, lavender, parsley, sea salt, cajun, and cinnamon (I don't use all of these for chicken).
