Two Questions

Well, I've been a member of many other GPT sites, and I was convinced that the one I was currently using could not be beat (in terms of their referral promotion rate), but this site clearly blows the other away (the other site paid $0.50 for sign up and filling out all info like address etc. and $0.50 for offer completion as well as 15% of lifetime earnings). I had around 700 referrals on that site so I'm looking to bring some of my referral skills here seeing as I can make up to $3 per referral for doing essentially the same thing. That brings me to my two questions:

1) When you cash out it says I need to have made $15 of my cashout from offers/surveys. So, does that mean If I cash out once following those requirements, let's say I cash out $30 and $15 are from offers, and then the next time I want to cashout I only have $25 but none of that amount was earned from offers only referrals will I not be able to cashout?

2) Our referral bonus system is very simple:

    * Refer a friend who confirms his/her email address: $1 bonus
    * Your friend completes his/her first offer: $2 bonus

My question is, if my referral completes the sign up bonus offer for $5 (as in filling out all your information like address and name etc.), does that count as an offer, and will I receive the $2 bonus?

1) No every time you cash-out you $15 of that has to be from offers you complete
2) No they have to do an offer on the Offer Page(the daily $.15 ptc offer doesn't count either)

So can I just get like $285 from refs and $15 from offers and I can cash out $300 just fine?
