Hipmunk not crediting

For about 11 days in a row, Hipmunk credited with no problem, but the past four days haven't. Anyone else having the same results? Yes, I clear cookies every day before logging in.

For me, Hipmunk credits once in a while but usually it does not credit. I do not know what the trick is. Some people are very lucky with Hipmunk and others have no or poor luck. Nevertheless, I am happy when Hipmunk has credited and I do keep trying.

I have never gotten credit two days in a row. What did you do to get credit eleven days in a row?

I have noticed that Hipmunk have not been crediting under repeat offers.

It has been crediting for me.  Besides clearing cookies, I always sign in to the website, a tip I got from one of the threads here in the forum.  I don't know if that makes a difference, but it's what I do and it's been working.

That one is an iffy one. Only explanation when it doesn't credit there probably being to lazy to take it down because they have no money the advertisement for that day

I had to clear the browser a second time a couple of times.  Today it took a third try but it seems if that additional search page doesn't open it will not credit.  It still didn't take me as long to do that as it does to try some of the videos that don't credit and for .35 cents and to not have to pull my hair out on videos that credit like the phases of the moon.    I also do it at basically the same time of day,  I don't know how tight the time is for "daily".  I know there use to be Matomy videos that would show up the next day at the same time you had completed them the day before. 

Authorpaul,  keep trying because it is crediting.

Same here, I find that Hipmonk credits soooooo randomly, I usually don't even try it unless I am really bored!  It is so nice to find offers that credit consistently with no problems,  unfortunately, those are few and far between.  HyprMx is #1 in my book!  (that and the daily email and PTC)

For a very long time Hipmunk has been very reliable for me.  I would be credited every single day. Yesterday and the day before that I did not receive credit.    I attempted it today and it did credit.   

It's hard to say what is or was going on.  My routine has always been the same with this offer. 

Maybe it is something on their end.

I tried it once today and once yesterday. Neither one of those credited for me. Sometimes Hipmunk credits for me and then other times it doesn't.

Hipmunk also used to consistently credit me, but lately it's been spotty. Sometimes it credits, sometimes it doesn't.

I tried Hipmunk yesterday and no credit.  Last night I cleared my data, did just a few things this morning online, and then searched a place on Hipmunk I never used before.  I clicked on several of the spots that came up and looked them over as I am interested in the search location.  I probably spent about 4-5 minutes.  About 5 minutes after exiting Hipmunk, it credited!  Yeah-h-h-h!!!!!!!!!!!

It worked for me today. But in the past few days, there maybe at times where Hipmunk does not credit. If it did not credit me today, I wait the next day. If the problem continues to persist, I clear your browsing cache, cookies, and history. Or, try it in a different browser.

Hipmunk did not credit for me today. It is a hit or miss. What a trip!!!!
