Wrong Category

Once in a while I See a post in a forum topic that is in the wrong category. I see a concert announcement in a support category. This sort of topic belongs in the off topic category. the other categories should be used for the topics that they are used for.

There is a problem with member posting off topics on one of the FC Discussion Boards. Some members are new but others are not. When they are new, I welcome them to FC and let them know they have posted on the wrong board. When a member should know better, I will not respond to the post.

This has been a long term problem.

Sometimes it be the new people are it just be people posting in the wrong topics by accidents

I think the administration should get involved with those "oldies" that should know better and let them know. It's one thing to accidentally make a post in a category, but to do it over and over again is just irresponsible.

That's partially how you can tell the people that are just posting random things to get the bonus. If you can't take the time to actually check you're posting on the correct forum, you don't need that bonus.
