Only if the walk is less than 10 minutes and only for a few light weight items.

I used to (in college)... I walked a loooong way to the store!

I still would if closer, but not in the 100 degree blazing heat!

Yes I would walk to the store if I didn't have too many items to purchase and could hand carry them comfortably.

It would depend .. yes if it were a nice day and I didn't have a lot of stuff to carry.  If I needed to do a whole shopping order then I would be driving.

Have walked 3 miles to and from the store many times so anything less than that is a breeze  8)

I walk every day. Unfortunately, I live in a scuzzier part of town, so I have to be selective what direction I take.

Life is getting more dangerous and complicated. I live in a small town. If I lived in a metro area, I would not.

I would. A few weeks ago, my car was out of commission for a time while I was working on repairs to it and I walked to the Pick N Save on a Sunday night. About a mile away.

I am 3 blocks away to the store so walking is very good if i will get few things but with heavy things needs a ride.

It's really hard to answer that question.  It all depends.  How close is the store?  And what am I getting at the store, as far as being able to carry it back.

Yes I would if I don't have much stuff to get, and it is good exercise for me too.

Yes, I would (unless the weather were bad). Because I think I'm too fat, I get off a bus early and walk a longer way somewhere or get on the bus at a stop farther away so I don't need to switch buses as much.
