Day of work
« on: July 22, 2016, 08:54:08 am »
It feels great to have a day off work. I get in a mood where I am so exhausted that I cannot work, just need to stay home and rest. So I requested today off. So far I have started washing clothes and paying bills, shortley I will take a catnap and do some other things.

Just being home for a day is nice.

Do you ever feel this way?

I feel this way Monday - Thursday.  SO excited for Friday to come.  But the weekend is too short.

I really enjoy having a job currently where I only have to work 4 days a week. Its really nice to have a day off in the middle of the week to get errands done. Plus by that time I am ready for a break to relax.

Yeah after a long week I do feel that way. That is what makes Fridays extra special.

Some weeks I just need an extra day not to have to go anywhere.

Generally I love going to my job.  I'm usually on top of things.  Although this last weekend I was completely off.  On Thursday I thought it was Wed. all day.  I made so many mistakes I'm starting to think something is going on with me.  I guess I really need a day off too.

Today is my first day back at work after taking a week off for vacation. It's not going to be pretty trying to catch up with everything. Luckily I get to work from home so there's so comfort in that.

I call them mental health days, but we all need a day or two off sometimes.

I love having extra days off!  There is usually so much that I want to get done but generally don't.
Have a wonderful day!

When i was working i always had Wednesdays and Sundays off.  And all holidays, It was great and i had so much sick time and vacation days i never had to worry about  asking for days off. I rarely did but when i took them it was great. zif i took off for a trip i could leave  Wed. and come home Sunday and would have only used 3 days  vacation time. i would relax going to see  my son and his wife . Or would take off for the mountains in the summer. Long cool nights and good sleeping weather.

Nothing quite so wonderful as having a day off from work. It can really help you refresh and recharge. Glad you have enjoyed yours :)
