Grocery shopping

I go weekly.  If I buy all my stuff for the month my sons would eat it all in 1 week.

I usually do the main shopping once or twice a month.

However, with coupons, fliers and ads I get in the mail, I stock up on things I use.

I even have it marked on a calendar each month which week my fave yogurt is on mega sale at a nearby store. I go there for that reason.

I go 2-3 times per week at Krogers

I go weekly because sales change all the time & I get my money back from sale items with Walmarts new savings catcher app. So I do weekly trips.

I go grocery shopping every week, on Monday if I'm not away. To save money I check the circular for sales and coupons and also check for coupons through the Ibotta app.  I also scan my receipt with the Receipt Hog app.
