Now we have the technology to click our key remote to signal where our car is at in the lot. I  use to loose my car all the time. I would forget to make a landmark of where my car was parked, lol.

I didn't do that often because I park in HP spots. I have a friend who did it at least once a week! :rainbow: :rose: :peace:

The worst thing that can happen in the parking lot around the holidays is not able to find your vehicle.  It's frustrated.

That's so true! I still take a picture of where I parked at the airport or in multi-tiered parking lots.

I just lost my car last week at the airport.  I was freaking out because I just knew that I left it in a certain place.  Turns out it was on the opposite side of the lot.  I had to call security to ride me around to look for it.  I thought someone stole it or it got towed.

Not really, I select a spot , like a letter on the wall, soda machine or the like.

Those days are not over for some of us, lol. I have a 2006 that has no key fob/technology. Old school. I can lose it anywhere!

I don't have a remote for my vehicle, so losing my car is a very real possibility. I do get confused sometimes, and have to wander around looking for it. It doesn't help that it's a grey Ford Escape, the most common color for one of the most common vehicles.

Oh i will never forget when i went into the mall to present my resume to the retail store i was transferring to I went out a different door and could not find my car, finally found it when i went inside and found the door i came in and there it was right where i left it. Another time i couldn't find it in an underground parking lot and it was dark.  Finally after about 30 min. Hubby being tall finally spotted it. Felt lke a fool both times.

I have an older car that doesn't have that quick find capability, so I still have to stay sharp. I don't mind so much though. It's good mental training.

I must admit years ago I did lose my car in the mall parking lot.  So happy things have changed and I can use my key to locate my car.   :) :) :) :)
