do you excerise on a daily bases

i try to walk everyday for about 1 mile swim every other day and to pilate's every other day i want to stay fit and healthy for as log as i can

I use that app that charges me if I don't get in a certain amount of exercise and fruits/vegetables so I make sure I always get in at least 4 half hour sessions. It's usually closer to 1 1/2 hours a day 5 days a week though. It also pays you a small amount based on whoever else was charged that week. Money is usually a good incentive to keep active besides health

It's not a daily thing right now but I am trying to get back to that point.  I too am trying to be as healthy as I can.

I usually exercise 5 days a week.  Some times only 4 or 4.5.

I do it about 3-4 times a week nothing other then that.

I try to exercise everyday. I take Fridays off though. I think your body should get a little rest sometimes.

I don't try to exercise every day. What I aim for is to walk or run at least 10 miles a week. If I can get that amount done during the first four days of the week, I give myself a rest for the other three. Most times I can't get it done in the first four days of the week, though, due to bad weather.

yes i just started back...so i am trying my best to do something every day...if i skip a day i quit...so even on some lighter days i have to do something..

I lift light weights for thirty minutes a day five days a week. I also walk an hour every day on the treadmill and try to walk outside for fifteen to twenty minutes everyday. Not so much because I want to but have to because of back surgery that caused nerve damage. As long as I keep up this routine my back pain and nerve pain stays under control along with my medication.

I walk two or three miles everyday.  Plus I like to go kayaking  and gardening can be good exercise.
