Finish a survey and then disqualified
« on: August 15, 2016, 08:41:23 am »
I haven't been here long & so far I love the site but I do have an issue & feedback would be awesome if anyone has the time.
I have taken three surveys (with this problem) FULLY to the end telling me thank you for completing the survey and always asking for my feedback but after completing the feedback part I am returned to Fusion Cash only to see that I was disqualified.
Does this happen to everyone? I have completed and been paid for more surveys then the three mentioned so I am not really upset to a degree to stop this site I just would like to know.

Thank you for responding. It is annoying but I am happy that you let me know it happens to you so I know it isn't just something I am doing wrong on my end.

Amy - I know this is rough for you and can be frustrating at times but survey's are time consuming and even though you take a 15min - 20 or 30 min survey the end result is the same "money". I do over 50-75 a day and still walk away with completing maybe 3-4 but yet I still see a $0.01 pay anyways for not completing them. So don't get discouraged and just continue on and you will do well. Just remember pennies add up too!.

I can definitely understand this frustration. I've had this happen a few times, however, it seems to be typical with some surveys. I just wish they would be more transparent, and disqualify you in the early stages of the survey. This seems to be common, but there are a few that will tell you something is "optional" and then disqualify you at the very end.

Thank you! Yes you are right the pennies add up. I was just worried this was only happening to me & thought I would ask on here if it was me doing something wrong. I am happy so many people on here are willing to help out us "NEW" people. It means a lot.  :)

That has happened to me, also, and not just on Fusion Cash. It is very frustrating and sometimes time consuming.  FC is giving 5 cents for long surveys and 15 cents for very long surveys if you get the over quota when completing and submitting. That helps some.

Take note of what surveys are giving you the over quota upon submitting. Are they FC surveys or another company?  Maybe you could avoid that particular client.

You might meet the profile when you begin the survey but by the time you come to the end, the survey might have closed or you might be over quota. Myself, I tend to avoid very long surveys.

It's happened to me a few times and that's why I'm reluctant to do them.

Try skipping the feedback portion when you're done.  I never fill them out and have no problems getting credited for the survey.
