What kind  of exercise equipment do you have in your home? I have a tread mill, stepper and weights.

I have an exercise bike and some weights but the best place is actually the gym!

I purchased a treadmill a couple of years ago which initially, I was very pleased with. However, I realised quite quickly that this particular treadmill from Fitness Reality was not the best. I wished I'd done more research than I did. What I like about it is that it is relatively lightweight and it packs away nicely against the wall. It keeps check of my mileage, time, distance and calories burnt, all of which I love. What I don't like about it is I can't jog on it, I can only walk, and even then I have to hold onto the bars! The reason is it only has two heights, slightly elevated and totally horizontal. I find I have to really push with my legs to get the belt moving, which puts me off balance and therefore I need to hold onto the bars, even at walking pace. It was relatively inexpensive so I guess you really do get what you pay for.

We have a treadmill, lifecycle, bow flex and Olympic weights with about eight different pair of dumbbell weights. Lately I have only had time to run down and hit the bike for thirty minutes between jobs. My day time job has a sprawling well equipped gym that is about half the size of a 24 hour fitness complex. I also have a club membership with a ritzy tennis/fitness center and three pools for my family. I try to make it to that club at least once a week. Lately it has been a little crazier at both jobs so even finding half an hour a day is a challenge. I recently committed to a phone application that pays me every time I exercise, eat fruits/vegetables and keep a diary of my daily diet with a penalty for missing my goals. This has kept me in line for three weeks.

I have a mini trampoline, bow flex, weights, and a glide machine but don't use any of them at this time.  I really need to get motivated to use at one soon.

I have an upright exercise bike and a few DVD's, yoga mat, and hand weights. I typically go to the gym but it's nice to have a few items at home for days that are super busy.

Sadly, I just gave away my treadmill because I never used it! SMH.

I have a treadmill that I never use. I find that actually going outside and doing work in the yard is a much more effective means of overall exercise than dedicated equipment designed to repeatedly, artificially use a certain muscle group. I understand there are situations where equipment would be better for some people, but for me it's more rewarding to actually accomplish something at the same time, otherwise I feel like a hamster running in a wheel.

The only thing I have are a couple of weights. I don't really like to use equipment when I exercise. I like to jog, do squats, sit up and such. I don't feel like I had real workout if I use equipment.

I just have some hand weights. I used to use an old stationary bike but because it was an older model bike it had some problems. One of these days I may invest in a new bike. I like to bike and watch TV sometimes.
