Whats your favorite crock-pot recipes

I usually do roast, and chicken. Sometime I make chili on the stove and then pour it back in the crock pot to blend the flavors.

I LOVE using slow cooker, but I have to be home with it.  I have a cat that loves to eat and he'll manage to get the top right off (without getting burned) and try to see what he can steal.  I caught him twice, so for his safety now....I keep a better eye on it.    I like cooking chicken for meals later (yes, the cats get some), I use to make the dog's food, and I like doing pasta/sauce, bbq or chili in it.

Taco bean soup

Different types of beans
I like black, pinto, kidney
A can of corn
Rotel tomatoes of whatever spice degree you want
browned ground meat like hamburger or turkey
a packet of hidden valley powder dressing
onion and green pepper

i think that is all you put in the pot... let it simmer all day

I'll prepare some Vietnamese food.  We do eat a lot and I love to cook one of my dish when I get a free time.

I knew this was going to be a crazy day, so I put a roast on before I left early this morning.  When I got home, the entire house smelled wonderful and a delicious dinner was ready.   I have a bunch of crock pots, so I have several courses going sometimes....main, appetizers, sides and desserts.  I don't know  how I would have gotten through several years of 4 teenagers, all involved in sports and other activities.  I put everything thing on early in the morning and it was ready to eat whenever anyone got home.  It would have broke the bank to eat out all the time.
