Microwave popcorn, instant oatmeal, muffins from Costco or WINCO. Instant soup, cottage cheese, canned chili. Bagels and cream cheese, lunchmeat.

Thanks, I packed a bag of popcorn for a snack. Maybe I'll find a good movie playing, they offer HBO!

Try shopping in your grocery store's deli dept.  That's my favorite part of the grocery store!
Deli sandwiches, burritos, salads, pasta, pastry.   I love the pasta salads and the chicken salads,
so easy to just pick up and eat without cooking at all.  Good luck!

Thank you. I am definitely going to swing by the salad bar.

I usually have to stay at hotel during winter months, and have had pizza delivered before.  Two years ago, was at a hotel for SuperBowl and there was a grocery store not too far away so I packed the Presto Pizzazz pizza oven (2 pieces, easy to pack) for making pizza, jalapeno poppers & mozz sticks and breakfast hot pockets in morning.  Otherwise, if packing "lighter", I pack my Cathy Mitchell GT Xpress (size of a small plate)  and make egg/veggie omelets, hot dogs, grilled cheese (or hot sandwiches), breakfast burritoes, cinnamon rolls, it will even do a little cake (box cake mix, an egg, water).  Nice little gadget for hot meals.  Both gadgets are easy to clean.

Thanks for all the ideas. I got the salad bar, frozen mac and cheese, a few snacks and a dessert and then took advantage of the breakfast. They had mini muffins, danishes, and fruit.
