Survey Fraud
« on: August 25, 2016, 07:16:20 pm »
Yes, the title of this submission is survey FRAUD!!!!  I have completed 4 different surveys over the past 7 to 8 days and have NOT received credit!  This is NOT alright!

Either there is something wrong with something here at Fusion or these surveys have been set up to be fraudulent and not provide credit.  I am on another site and have not had this problem.  If this would become a more long standing issue, Fusion will have to become a secondary site for me instead of a primary one like it is.  I could certainly not recommend it or refer anyone to it under the circumstances.

I am awaiting payment.  I cashed out Aug1 and I have had 4 surveys denied after I cashed out. How does that work.  Shouldn't there be a cut off of when surveys are denied once after you cashout. ?

Yes, I feel what both of you are saying.  I just was completing a second survey over the last several days where it was obvious the survey was complete and I received another DQ after answering all questions.  I also downloaded an app about 2-3 weeks ago that I have kept and used, but no credit there either.  Fusion says, "Tough luck" basically; they didn't get paid either.  Then "vet" your offers, surveys, and videos more carefully.  I have lost somewhere around $2 plus over the last several weeks due to these kind of issues.  Not only frustrating, but wrong! You can't add up dollars when the pennies won't accumulate.

Totally agree.  Guess got to take the good with the bad.

I have done many surveys over the years that completed and didn't credit. I have also had ones reverse credit as long as 6 months later. But the vast majority of offers and surveys i finished went smoothly so i take solace in that at least.

The 4 cent quizzes are not working either!  You get to the end and all kinds of ads pop up before you get the opportunity to share your results on social media.

If a advertiser feels you were not truthful when giving answers to a survey they can and have taken away cash surveys from a month or two its there right some do check the surveys over more closely then others. If you dont cash out in like 120 days from the date you gained the cash you forfit it. Goes back to the advertiser not fc. Fusioncash dont get paid unless you do. One last thing you can cash out any part of the month if you have 25 dollars or more but if any money is taken away before the 20th of the following month when cash is dispursed and it puts you below that 25 dollar limit your cash out automatically cancels out

I do not qualify for very many surveys but, when I do, I usually get credit. However, there have been occasional problems with glitches as well as getting credit revoked.  The clients are getting fussier.

Which sites have not been crediting you? Maybe, you should avoid taking surveys with those sites.

What browser are you using? Maybe you can try another browser.

Also, take your time. If you go faster than the majority of survey takers, your information might be automatically thrown out by the computer. There will be no record of you taking the survey. After getting the congratulations page, leave the window open  until you see the money in your account.

Finally, you can open a support ticket after seven days. Sometimes it helps and other times, it does not.

I have been taking surveys for over 2 years and have been truthful and consistent with my answers.  I also try to take my time and not hurry through surveys as I know they want thoughtful answers.  It is just crazy that you can take and complete as many as 4 surveys over about 10 days and not get any type of credit.  Then, to add insult to injury, I downloaded an app (offer), play the game several times (I still have it on my phone because I happen to like the game), but was told "Tough, the app site is just not crediting!"
