I monitor my bank accounts on a daily basis. In some instances, it was worth it, as I received funds that I hadn't expected.

I check mine every three or four days...was hacked awhile back, 700 dollars stolen from my account that took weeks to recover.  so now I keep a close watch on it.

I have a credit union app that lets me view my savings, checking, and credit card accounts altogether. I check the accounts at least weekly to see whether or not I have a credit card bill to pay as well as to prevent bouncing a check and make sure none of my balances wind up negative.
