I've also had a stuffed nose  been using nasal spray.Couple nights ago couldn't sleep so went online to read about people who use way to much one lady was using nasal spray for 3 yrs. Maybe I have to try rhinocort or something like that.Well sorry for boring you maybe now you can sleep.

Tody I sleep from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Then I'm usually awake until 6 a.m. Drives me nuts.  I don't WANT to fall asleep at 8 p.m. but can't help myself.

When I was working, one of my jobs long ago was to work from 3 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (kids were in morning kindergarten back then), then I worked from 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  in my last jobs. So, 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. was normal sleep time.

I've had insomnia for years....I usually use the time to enjoy surfing the web, make money on ptc sites, work on arts & crafts or clean house.  Insomnia is really great, until you have to be at work early the next day and feel terrible.  :(
