Fusion is not responsible for paying you for the surveys and things you do on other sites.  Other sites just more or less advertise on Fusion.

If you join another survey site as a result of an offer and complete surveys, then that site would pay you. If you're just doing a survey directly from the site then Fusioncash would pay

Most of the time I don't qualify for surveys even foreign surveys.
