Pending Cash Out question

I would cancel and get the higher amount personally instead of waiting.  Then I would suggest cashing out at the end of the month from now on.

  Is that why the cash out has stayed pending because I cashed out at the wrong time of the month??

I would do it tonight or tomorrow instead of waiting to the last minute on the 31st since you have more than enough. Yes that's the reason. Payments requested on the 1st, 12th or 30th all get treated the same and would be paid around the 20th of the following month.
You might want to read over the terms of service.

Glad I came back to read all this! So now I know to cash out at the very end of the month. And yes as stated previously at the beginning of this I have well over $25.00 so I thank everyone for responding & letting me know I will be okay with getting a check.

I think that you will receive your payment, once the total is payout will remain above $25.....
