Sadly the iconic comedian who played in such classic films as W i l l y  Wonka and Young Frankenstein has passed on at the age of 83. RIP Gene. Thanks for all the laughs.

I haven't had a moment to even process this, but found out yesterday evening.  :( I loved him in The Producers, and also, of course, *bleep* Wonka. He seemed like he was a gentle, sweet person. Very talented, too. Rest in peace.  :rose: :rainbow:

It's so sad that he's gone. I have yet to see Young Frankenstein but I love the Chocolate Factory. I saw Blazing Saddles a few years ago, that one was pretty good too.

RIP Gene wilder, I was so surprised at this cuz to me he never looked like he's ever age. He always look the same from the first time I've seen him on screen!

I learned about his death a few days ago. He was such an iconic figure in the world of comedy. While I am only familiar with his work in *bleep* Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, he has left behind a legacy that will remain with us for some time. RIP Mr. Wilder.
