I like water as my first choice, then I drink Diet Coke.

I drink water all the time, but I like to have the occasional Mt. Dew or Dr. Pepper, sometimes a Pepsi from time to time.

Coke or practically any soda is very bad for one's health! That junk is filled with high fructose corn syrup which is the worst sugar to put into your body. Just to be sociable I do sometimes drink soda but feel guilty when I do. Water is the best beverage to drink, after that I'd say coffee (black) or tea with honey. I love to drink juice but that too is made with a lot of sugar, you really can't win!

My all time favorite is iced tea. I gotta have that all year around. McDonald's has the best, but if I get it at the store it's Lipton. When I go to work I'd buy a canister of Lipton tea and about a week and a half its gone. Oh it has to have lemon too.

I used to drink Iced tea all day long, but since my a-fib, i drink water  most of the day, but the doctor said it was alright for me to drink  6-8 oz of coffee in the morning and i could have 12 oz's of ice tea during the day. So i enjoy my cold glass of iced tea when i am doing Fusion cash. Figured why not do both at the same time since i so enjoy both.

I absolutely love Sprite and any type of orange soda. I occasionally use Pepsi and Coca-Cola, although my tastebuds cannot differentiate between the two. Take that, Pepsi/Coca-Cola challenge, ha!
