Would you take an Uber to where you need to go?

I can not see me taking Uber. I live in a rural area and  if i had to pay for them to come and get me and then bring me back it would cost a fortune since it would be 167 miles one way not counting  the big city miles to get where i need to go. So think will just drive our car and save the money and now they are trying to make them where no one drives that would scare me to death. What with the idiots on the road now and all of the big rigs.

I would not take Uber since that company does not except cash.  Everything is through cell phone and credit card

I would not take uber . I used to drive a limo. I would do it again but for my own business not working for someone

Don't have Uber where we live but I believe if I lived in a city I might use it.   Son lives in a city and uses them frequently.   Hasn't had a problem.

I tried asking for an Uber when I went on my personal vacation in February of this year. I put in my credit card, and I know that they took my brand when I put it in... Then I was upset because I couldn't get a ride with the card.

I ended up taking public transportation to where I was going.

So I don't know if I'd like to take Uber, knowing what went on a few months ago.

Uber gets expensive if you have to use it a lot. It's useful and convenient when you don't have access to a car.

No.  Not a lot different than hitch hiking in my opinion.

Yes, I  would and do when I am in a city where it is offered; it is a great option to have and they are timely!!

No, I would never take a Uber.  You don't know the individual and there is no window or anything between the two of you for protection.

Only If I really need it but most of the time I either bus it or check lyft if its cheaper or not.

Don't have Uber in my small rural town, no taxis' either. So Uber could probably do alright here considering the many people I see walking into town and back. There are a few times in the past where I have needed a taxi so I could see myself using Uber if it were available. The payment might pose a problem if you only had cash on you. Don't know much about how they operate...
