I keep a journal so when I get angry or even sad I'll write how I'm feeling down. Since giving birth on the 11th I've been keeping close tabs on myself.   It also helps having my boyfriend listen. It also helps to have a good cry.

I get so angry when people do really dum things to me and I treat everyone with great respect, but in return they end up feel they have the right to disrespect me. Maybe I wrong for the way I feel but, I don't believe people should be so cruel.   :BangHead:

Meditate!  :) You have to learn to let go of this attachment which is anger. If we are still attached to this emotion, we will always be hurting ourselves. No matter how good we are, we will always be faced with someone who mistreat us in some way. That is life. If everyone was so perfect, then we wouldn't be here to learn our lessons.  :angel11:
Thanks for the reminder! :angel12:

Burn off your anger with a nice workout. Walk away. Then watch The Simpsons. Or eat ice cream.

I alway try to remember that I can't controll what some idiot does to me, only what I allow and the way I react to it.  No one deserves control over you :icon_rr:
