BTW ... my profile pic was of me 4 years ago and I am only 6 lbs away from my weight in that pic! :) That was Halloween of 2012!

congrats .. im down 25lbs and at my perfect weight. did it the easy way I walked more and ate regulary.

Good for you! Congrats to you as well. I would consider it this program easy to some and maybe not to others. I take more vitamins and get B12 shots regularly. I work out like every day either walking 3 miles a day or on the stationary bike for 30 minutes. Smaller portions and cut out food that has no nutritional value. I have been overweight my whole life and I know how hard you have worked. Congrats on losing 40 pounds! I lost 165 lbs once but it was through a divorce LMAO!

Thank you all so much!! Here is an UPDATE: Today I weighed in and I am now down 49.8 lbs! Come on??!!!
