Signed-up, downloaded and installed the Neilson Digital Voice offer for $4, but not credited. Does anybody know how this credits???

maybe you should put in a support ticket.

Wait seven days and if you still have not received credit, open a support ticket. There are instances when a member does not get credit immediately but does after hours or days.

  I am still waiting, still no credit, support ticket submitted, no response, follow up support ticket submitted, still no response. I don't want it on my pc if I'm not going to get the credit.

I highly doubt if I want to do this one since I do not like to offers that requires me to install software.

I did that a long time ago I wasn't really happy with it but that's just me.

I signed up, got credit, then quit it a long time ago. I don't need another company with software spying on me...

  Update: I contacted NDV outright and was told they do not credit for 61 days. By the time I got this email I had already removed the extension. Suddenly after installing it my mouse started acting crazy and then different windows began to appear and disappear randomly. Then no mouse and no control over laptop. I took it apart and verified the mouse had not come loose, reset the pc and still problems persisted. I had to wipe clean by reformatting the disk and reinstalling windows back to factory settings and then install drivers to support the touchpad. Back to where I should be but lost a lot of forms that I needed that weren't yet backed up. So I discourage anyone from doing these installs that clearly state that your are handing control over some pc functions to them. I was fortunate enough to repair mine but left any longer and it might have been a total waste of my pc.
