Anyone making money with google?

One of my friends is making 700 dollars a month with google's adsense.  I am making a little bit with it on my website (my hobby one) .   I guess if I really wanted to make more money, I would just have to make a lot more pages...that is what he does.  Anyone else making money this way?

My hobby site is on metal casting by the way!  Melting metal and pouring it to make useful or artistic things.

anyway. i've heard a lot of good things about

i suppose there's lots of ideas for websites you
could come up with, if you're motivated enough
to put yourself out there. i think i'd like to do a blog
also, but then i'm torn whether to put everything
all on ONE site instead of many

Adsense (PPC ads in general) is fairly dead except for a handful of people who got in early.  Has been for some time now.  You need thousands upon thousands of hits a day, you need perfect ad layouts, etc.  There are better ways to make money online with less effort.

My friend mostly puts up sites that has games to play.  I agree ....I am doing things that make more money, but an extra hundred every once in a while is OK with me too!  It all adds up!

PS..there are many places to blog without buying web space...social networks for instance.  I like Yuwie

i have never tried google. but id would like to do that too if i know how. but i dont think i am smart enough to make a website lol

not really, I don't have that much money to invest in stuff that I could not be too sure if it pays off in the end.

I am sure you are smart enough to make a web site...You can type an e-mail right?  It's not that hard!  There are lots of sites where you can get free space too.

if the site im making ever gets popular i plan on putting on google adwords an/or google adsense.

was making money on adsence with quassia until they changed - now most of the money comes from the art sales on the museum

I received the some kind of disc talking about google adsense but I guess it was a little over my head. I have a blogger but I don't blog. So I just stick with the basics and go to school and do surveys.

He's talking about Adsense.  There's no software involved with Adsense...

I would love to know if it is true if adsense is really bogged down at this point and you would have had to have already been making money with it at this point or if building a website now is still a good idea?
