Not getting a call for telephone verification

Hi. I submitted a support ticket about this issue a couple of days ago, and I still haven't gotten a reply. So, I hope it's okay for me to post about it here.

Here's my issue: I've tried to do the telephone verification three times, and each time, I didn't get a call. After I clicked the "Submit" button after choosing the option that says "Place a call...," the screen said that I was being called and that my phone should be ringing. But it didn't ring.

Does anybody know what the problem might be? Thanks in advance.

You need to open a support ticket and find out what the problem is.

Well...I'll just try to do the phone verification again.

It may be taking a bit of time for admin. to look into this issue for you.  If you don't get a response in the next couple of days or so, try submitting another ticket.  Maybe by then things will have worked out.

I know not all carriers are compatible with their system. I haven't done it in years but I'm pretty sure I did a text verification. If you're unable to do a phone verification the other option is usually by fax

Give support another day or two and then open up another support ticket. remind support that this is a second request and you have not heard back.

What type of phone do you have? Who is your provider and what brand is your phone? Is it a land line or a mobile?

I used a landline phone. Charter Communications is the service provider.

Have you turned your ringer on? Did you type in the correct number? I have made mistakes typing in my phone number and never got a call that I was expecting.

Try the verification again but hold the receiver in your hand and see if the call comes in.

You must be bundled with Charter. Give tech support a call and explain what the problem is. Maybe they can advise you.

Look at your FC account and see if you are verified. maybe you have been verified and do not realize it.

I went ahead and used a family member's mobile phone. The issue is resolved. Thanks again for your help.
