Interesting DQ

You never know what to expect with surveys, or the reasoning behind them!  I just got DQ'd, and the only question it asked me was, "When was the last time you carpeted the ceiling?"  I answered "Never!"  And I promptly received a message that said I was not a good match for the survey.  If you had to have carpeted the ceiling to qualify for this survey, then I would think they would NOT have too many participants!!!

Oh, I know how you feel.  I get that carpet on the ceiling question as well.  One of my favorites is: A boy had 4 marbles and lost one.  How many does he have left?  I know the answer, I really do,     LOL, but at some point very shortly after that, I seem to get DQ,d.

That is the weirdest question I have ever heard. Surveys are so annoying somtimes!

I've seen that one before. I like the question that asks me if I've ever swallowed a whole watermelon. The funny thing is there are multiple choice answers. As if I have a choice.

My weirdest survey question is : Have you even been in an accident that resulted your death ? and Are you currently in a coma ?

I have been tempted to give a frivolous answer but have been afraid that that would really cause me to get disqualified but I don't think it matters because I disqualify anyhow.

There was probably something additional beyond that question that got you DQ'd , like something in your profile didn't match.
But who knows.

I just always assumed that those weird questions were part of the "Are you really paying close attention?" test and if you answered YES to them or checked the box next to them on one of the laundry list questions that you would get flagged and DQ'd.

Thats ok, the other day I was just about complete with a survey when they DQed me.

That happens to me occasionally, and that is way more traumatic than getting DQ'd with a silly question at the beginning.  At least, now we sometimes get an additional compensation for spending time on a DQ'd survey.  I acutaully got $.05 the other day for the "Amazon Study", plus I also got the one cent for being disqualified.  Thank you FC!

I've had the "have you ever had a fatal heart attack" and "how many times have you visited the moon".   They always make me smile.   

It may have been that they had enough respondents rather than you actually dqing.

Today I was asked if I was raised by wolves.  A few questions later and BAM I'm DQ'd. 

Now I know that I was most likely NOT DQ'd because of the wolf question but it's just soooo much fun talking about it, don't you think?
