We have almost exactly what you have.  Turkey, gravy, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce (homemade and out of can), green bean casserole, salad with hot bacon dressing, rolls, corn, apple and pumpkin pies.

Usually at Thanksgiving we have fried turkey, but no dressing because I am the only one who likes dressing.  At Christmas we have ham.

I love to cook a 20 pound turkey each thanksgiving with all the accompaniments, including gravy made with the turkey drippings and bacon/garlic mash! My youngest son like thanksgiving dinner so much that last year, he asked for thanksgiving dinner for his birthday meal! I always have enough turkey to freeze leftovers and when I need a quick meal, I have some cooked, pulled turkey ready to go. And you know I make stock with the leftover bones!

Hehe.... Last weekend we made a ham dinner with mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, corn, and dinner rolls. My GF made a comment about it being just like a Thanksgiving dinner. When I gave her a questioning look, she ammended it to Easter dinner instead. But then went on to explain how when she was growing up, they'd usually have both for Thanksgiving, but then fondue for Xmas and Easter (just a unique family tradition). But this year we'll probably have turkey for Thanksgiving, ham on Easter, and maybe (to keep with their tradition) fondue on Xmas.
