I do not eat turkey on Thanksgiving Day.  I like to see how beautiful other family member prepare their dinner.

We've always made turkey. I see ham as more of a Christmas thing. Not that I eat it, I've never cared for ham.

We always have turkey and a wide assortment of side dishes to go with it. Myself,  my daughter and daughter-in-law fix up all kinds of dishes. We have a houseful for both Thanksgiving and Christmas and the food is great.
