I need an Administrator to help me.

I don't receive credit for vistaprint and i was filling out the manual credit form but i can't find the confirm email from vistaprint, i think i deleted it, but i can go on vistaprint website and copy and paste my history and status of my order. what should i do to get my credit?? thanks

Sorry, but as it says on the manual credit info page, we can only request manual credit with a complete and accurate confirmation email.  You agreed that you'd read and understood that policy when you signed up...

i tried calling vistaprint but their closed today, just i ask them to send me it again, would that be okay?
