we own our home and are looking for a bigger house the one we are in now is a good size but with everyone and visitors that come and go we need more room

We own but we are looking for a smaller house as well. A house or condo with one floor would be perfect for us.

I own my house outright and my two sons and I are also looking for a bigger house so everyone can spread out and have their own space and privacy for one thing.  We want to be in a rural area don't want HOA or to have a house right on top of someone else.  We are in a good spot like that now but we definitely need more room.

We own. I have had a mortgage since I was nineteen years old when I bought my first duplex. My wife had always rented so, in order to make her transition to ownership easier, I sold the first duplex in order to put a large down payment on a home that my wife and I had built. By building I figured that she could create anything she wanted. I furrowed my brow when she decided on white carpeting knowing that we were going to get a dog and wanted to have two children. She did not make the same mistake with the second house. I had purchased, fixed up and sold several other duplexes but had one (out of state) that sat vacant/couldn't be sold for several years. Was so happy to finally get rid of that one. I am pretty much down to just one house unless I find a deal that is too good to pass up.

we on..we owned our 1st house for 32 years and moved into my father in laws house when he passed away..its smaller and more suited for use now..we have owned our current house for 7 years
