Florence Henderson the mother on the Brady Bunch tv series has passed away at age 82.  RIP

I heard that this morning. A couple weeks ago, a friend of mine picked her up in  new york city and brought her to a charity event in connecticut. my thoughts and prayers go out to her family

I watched it in 1969 i was about 12 and loved the show. Sorry to hear shes gone.

I lost count as to how many times I exclaimed 'Awwww' as my husband and I heard the report on the Today Show this morning.  Fighting back the tears was a challenge for me.

Florence was certainly a class act; a good actress, singer and a good person.  She will be missed indeed.

I will be watching Brady Bunch reruns.  I like old shows and she did a good job acting.
