We don't put any lights up outside but add some decorations inside and our tree. I'd love to hear about all sort of holidays and decorations

We put white lights outside on our bushes.  We have candles in our windows.  Two trees inside, one in living room one in family room.  I live in a ranch so we have no inside steps to put garland on, but we decorate both fireplace mantles in both rooms.

We have a tree decorated with lights and ornaments inside.  Also put a few lights outdoors on the 2 brick columns on my front porch.

Whatever my sons are willing to do because I am not able physically to do much of anything.  We went to thanksgiving at in- laws who have one of those laser lights that project on your house and I want one of those - not as much of a pain to put up or take down I wouldn't think.  I don't know how much they cost so I need to check it out.

I put white, LED icicles on the gutters in front of our house. We have two trees with heights of fifteen feet at the bottom of our driveway that we string multi-colored lights around. Nets of lights are thrown on bushes leading up to the house. We have three wreaths that go around the lights on our garage pillars, one wreath that goes on a light post and one wreath that goes on our font door. Fresh pine garland outlines our front door, indoor stair case and fireplace mantle. We have a freshly cut tree that we picked up at Costco yesterday and will be picking up three smaller live trees all of which will be decorated with ornaments accumulated throughout the years. The live trees will be moved to the garage until spring and replanted outside.

I had forgotten about it, but I'm busting out the wreath (not exactly a wreath, but a decorative hanger for the front door) my mom bought when we were kids that has Santa and a reindeer on it. Putting up the tree. We don't do very much, definitely understated. :) :star:
