Just wonder if you forget to request your bonus forum at the end of the month how can you request it at the beginning of the next month. I tried to request but the system is not allowing me.

I do not believe that you can request it at the beginning of the the next month month if you forget to request it at the end of the month. I always try to post a reminder under payments. Maybe you can also set a reminder on your computer.

You should be able to claim it for the current and previous month. Are you trying to request it for November?
