Today is National Cookie Day (12/4)

I should have posted earlier today, but there does exist such an informal 'holiday' as National Cookie Day!  And it's Cookie Monster approved, I think?  Well, who doesn't love them?  Several places offer cookie deals; Grocery chain Whole Foods is extending it all week for its chocolate chip cookies at .25 cents each and Mrs. Fields is offering free ground shipping on online orders thru 12/23.  But for me I'm using that bag of Oreos to make Oreo Truffles.

I had no idea it was National cookie day.  I'm disappointed in myself and I'm a professional cookie/cake decorator.  This is something I will put on the calendar so I can make an event out of it.  Thanks for sharing.

Okay I didn't know there was a national cookie day. I guess there is a day for everything.

I'm happy to know this.  Cookies are my favorite thing.  I like cookie dough even better.
