Do You Believe in Politics?

I used to. Why did I stop? Nobody properly addresses personalities of election candidates or those who have so-called political positions. People seem to like to stick to randomly assuming either democracy or republicanism is good or bad without a logical explanation.

Not really into politics. Most politicians these days do not do as expected. They just do the opposite instead so I stopped paying attention to them.

Politics usually bored me but then I realized the importance of paying attention to things that are going on before we wake up one day and ALL our freedoms are gone.  I love the idea that no one can buy Trump.  Now if the media could report actual news & real facts instead of spinning stories based on their own opinions and trying to spread their own agendas....that would be great.  Until then, done with them.

Nope. It is pretty much expected for politicians to lie to get votes. As long as there are special interest financing, they will say one thing then do another thing for money.

Man wasnt created to govern himself.The proof is in the pudding for 6000 yrs.Thats why God has allowed it to give it time for proof it doesnt work.The results show!!Every kind of different governement has failed.All world powers have eventually crumbled!!

I'm not really into politics. Every year it gets worse how people are so offensive!

Politics and politicians are a joke.  Beyond that they are down right scary in some cases.  I think its a toss of the dice who will be the worst - OH WELL do the best you can to pick and then move on is what I say.

I do not "believe" in politics. I do believe in God.

Politicians are humans, many very weak humans who get high-jacked through power, money and blackmail.  Politics is what these weak humans do to convince us that they are "taking care of things" for us.

I do have great respect for our Constitution.  We are a "constitutional republic", not a democracy.

If we were vigilant, and watched over our our choices for office, we would not be filled with disgust and disrespect for so many politicians. We would have more "public servants".

The citizens of this country would learn in school about how to watch over our nation, and we would not have such disrespect for the average politician or politics.

I don't even know anymore. I feel like all it's been doing lately is tearing people apart which is ironic, because it's supposed to do the opposite. My family got in a huge fight about it recently so I'm pretty disgusted with politics.

I believe politics and politicians exist; however, I'm not very interested.  Dealing with this past election was a test of my patience.
