I had a few bouts of food poisoning a while back and it was definitely scary. People die all the time from food poisoning. :sad1:

I am sorry to hear you have not been feeling well, especially on such a luxurious vacation. I'm always a bit dubious of restaurants and kitchens which are required to keep food chilled for any length of time. I think in theory they should be able to keep food chilled but in practice it seems more difficult than you'd imagine and often passengers get sick from food born bacterias. There was only one time I got sick from food, it was from salmon. I recall the salmon being left out all day in order that the party guests could eat from the buffet at their leisure. But of course that is not conducive to keeping food at a constant, chilled temperature.
