Surveys not crediting

this has been happening to me as well! it's so frustrating and after reading how everyone else is experiencing this problem as well and are simply being told to wait (even though according to the FAQ if something doesn't credit within 30 days then it's a lost cause for good), i think i am just going to not complete surveys on fusion cash anymore. which is too bad, because i enjoyed doing them but it's not worth putting so much time and effort in and not receiving the promised reward.

one survey i did said it was going to take 60 minutes and ended up taking 90, was supposed to be for a reward of $2.00, which is low for that amount of time anyway, and it never even credited after i finished and got to the congratulations completion page.

I'm not doing any more till I get a answer from the support......... I've got 3 open tickets requesting help! and i'm scared that my last cash out won't be paid. I pay my health Insurance with survey money, and this really sucks!!!    HUMBUG

May I ask those who have requested support to post here when they get a meaningful response or get the delayed survey credit added to their accounts?  I've only done 4 or 5 surveys that were not paid.  I have not sent a support ticket because it sounds like FC is getting bombarded with them over this issue.  With it being so widespread, it obviously isn't an individual account issue but a wider site issue.  So rather than add another ticket for admin to wade through, I am going to give it the "sit back and wait" approach to see if my credit shows up.


In the meanwhile, it would be nice to be able to check back here periodically to see if any of those who contacted support get any sort of resolution.  If they do and I don't, then I'll know that I need to send a ticket.  But it makes no sense to add to the mix and potentially slow things down in the process. --Kinda like when the power goes out and everyone on the block calls the power company to report it.

I have not sent a support ticket. The last time I sent one in (regarding my email that I've had for 20 years not being considered a valid email to FC anymore) was closed with a "I don't know what to tell you" response. I will take the credits that I can get, and I'm aware that the "support" button doesn't do much good. Unfortunately.

I did three surveys today. Two did not credit. One 40c FC survey did credit though, and it was immediately after I finished it. So I'm guessing we are all out of luck for all the ones we have been taking this month. FYI.

in the last 2, 3 weeks ive completed a little more than a dosezen 'fc surveys' and havent gotten credit for them yet...but I did get a couple to credit that were 30c each....hope they can fix the problem soon, and that everyone will still get the credits eventually like we did when this happened on here before back in February...

Interestingly, I have received credit for two surveys today. They have to be for ones I completed earlier this month, although I was not keeping track of surveys/payouts. I do know I didn't complete any today... Maybe there is hope we will slowly get credit for those we didn't get credit for before?

I received back credit for 5 today. I can't remember when I did them but I'll appreciate my account jumping up $4 today

    Good news credits are showing up in my account as of a few hours ago !!  Lets keep our fingers crossed for every one having problems

Had another 5 credit, my account had a big jump as well! Cashout will happen again this month. Woot!
