there are some who go to great details and elaboration in decorating during the Christmas season.
they don't mind about the high electric bill.

I like to keep things small and simple for financial and stress-related reasons.  Just listening to Christmas music can get me in the mood.

I love to decorate, but I don't use a TON of lights.  I think those that have the energy to go all out, their projects are beautiful and I appreciate them though.  They have LED lights now too that are energy efficient.
