We all meet at my parent's house, which is only a few miles away.

Stay at home. Always have our children and grandchildren over for big dinner and we exchange gifts. Love this time of the year.

My family is all local, so I stay home for the holidays. I'll make a nice dinner and they'll all come over to my place for the holiday dinner.

In the past, we stay at home and I cook Christmas dinner for my husband son and I. This year we will be eating Christmas dinner with a relative who has not been well.
We plan to spend the day after Christmas vegging and eating our Christmas dinner.

We were planning to visit my sister in ND, but earlier this week, she had texted me to say that their weather reports were talking about heavy snow and possible blizzard conditions. So it looks like we'll have to postpone our Christmas until sometime in Jan. when (hopefully) the driving conditions are better :(

This year we are staying home for Christmas and just having my dad and a friend  for dinner.  Sometimes i prefer just staying home  without all of the family ,  It seems like at least one person always gets ticked about something. It really makes it hard going to  my brothers because they have a large family what with the kids& grandkids.  It is jsut my husband and myself now since both of my children have passed and his who knows where they are, when they found out their father was not going to pay for all their bills and stuff they didn't want anything to do with him. I feel for him at times.
