fresh vegetables are the best, however, i used canned most.  I like to use frozen when I make vegetable soup.

I love both fresh and frozen vegetables.  Some of the dishes I cook call for fresh vegetables and some of the dishes I cook call for frozen vegetables.  This determines which I will use.

love fresh vegetables...we have an electric pressure cooker that has them done in no time..makes a good veggie soup

Please if you don't mind.... what type of cooker did you get ? and how do you like it ? and have you used it for canning ?

I think fresh always good.

I only use fresh unless if its close to winter months ill use dried but only if i cant get out for a few days and snowed in
