We use a lot of fresh veggies, and keep frozen for soups.

I don't like frozen veggie, but on some cases I would get steamfresh veggie... Get like string beans... Only got it when I was in college and had late classes

fresh vegetables are the best, however, i used canned most.  I like to use frozen when I make vegetable soup.

I love fresh fruits and veggies, There is nothing like it. In the dead of winter we have to settle for frozen.

I love both fresh and frozen vegetables.  Some of the dishes I cook call for fresh vegetables and some of the dishes I cook call for frozen vegetables.  This determines which I will use.   :) :) :) :) :)

I always go for fresh. The texture you find with frozen veggies is just never the same.

I use both of them, but stay away from can vegetables as I do not like the salt content.

love fresh vegetables...we have an electric pressure cooker that has them done in no time..makes a good veggie soup

Please if you don't mind.... what type of cooker did you get ? and how do you like it ? and have you used it for canning ?

I only use fresh unless if its close to winter months ill use dried but only if i cant get out for a few days and snowed in
