Epidural injections
« on: January 20, 2017, 05:42:21 am »
This past week I have been in immense pain at night and waking up (after barely sleeping...) with my back out. I am waiting as I type this for a phone call from my doctor hoping they will get me in for an epidural injection today and not wait a week. I can't wait and wake up and not be able to walk or be in this pain! Anyone else who has gone through this or is I wish you the best and feeling better and finding what works for them

I've had 3 epidurals.  All for delivering babies. And It was the best pain management for me in the labor/delivery process.  On the other hand I couldn't get up and walk.  From what I know it's use is only a temporary block...So I'm confused as to how it would give you pain relief long term?

my neighbor was given a practice one; she also was given two "viles" for emergencies.
