I attend two different churches regularly.  One is the denomination I was raised in.  Pastor is ok.
I love the Pastor at the non-denominational church.  He has a wonderful sermon/message each week.  I really
enjoy going and learning from him.

I have not stepped inside of a church in close to 15 years.

Our pastor does a great job keeping everyone in our community apprised of what is going on in the church and providing a lot of opportunities to participate in church functions.

The head priest at our church really doesn't want to be head priest.  He took the job because the bishop asked him.  In truth he wants to be a bishop himself and can't do that without first being a head priest.  So he keeps the church in a bad state of repair, freezing cold, didn't have a working AC unit for a whole month, half the lights are out etc.  He's lazy and likes to delegate what should be his duties to the other priests and it's just sad.  When he gives a sermon it's very long and we get out with only a minute or two before the mass that follows.  I miss the old head pastor we had.  He loved dealing with people and taking care of the church.
