He's a very good businessman, he has lot's of companies that help with minorities,  and his wife also has lots of influence in the business world. I think he is a good choice to take over the Lakers.

The point is, when he was playing he was a tremendous leader and mentor that inspired his team mates to greatness and I expect him to continue that talent now.
