I have 3 they are grown but i remeber those days. like you they were  not close in age. That can be good because the older ones help, but sometimes the younger ones feel left out.

I have four boys and they can be difficult at times too. I love them to death too, but I do not know what I was thinking having four kids. They are, 4, 7, 8, and 10.

I never had any kids and it's sad coz i love kids so much. I built a house when I was 18 and figured i'd get owning banks money for the build under my belt and then think about kids and enjoy life with out all the bills.  The person I married was taken out of the picture by a car accident shortly after we got married so I was a teenager alone with a house to pay for. Worked 3 jobs and had no time for anything else but paying for that house.  And when the time was right to start thinking about something other than the bank. I went threw my change of life in a blink.... No kids!  I got 3 wonderful kids next door I love like my own, on the good side the other neighbors!!  :) :) But I have a dog who thinks she's a kid !!

I would have loved to have had a houseful of kids, but  the Lord only  lent me the two boys and then called them home was before i wished. One passed at 18 due to a car wreck caused by a drunk driver and the other at 40 , he had cancer.  I also miscarried 3 little girls. so all i can say is love your children like there is no tomorrow as there may not be.

I have never had children but I work at a day care with 3 year old's and some can be a challenge. Patience is a must have.

I have four grown children.  38, 35, 29, 27.  There was a 6 year gap between the two older ones and the two younger ones.
Yes, some days the kids did get on my nerves, BUT the wonderful times FAR OUTWEIGH the stressful ones.

We are enjoying grandkids now.

My primary goal in life was to have two wonderful children. Now they are aged eighteen and twenty and I feel that I have succeeded in bringing up two self sufficient, motivated, personable and confident kids. They have made their share of mistakes and put quite a few gray hairs on my head but not a day goes by where I don't see new signs of their success or remember days gone by and am blown away. The eighteen year old is getting ready to go off to a coastal college in August and the twenty year old is studying abroad this semester. I will continue to contribute to their cause from a financial perspective till they are done with college but it hasn't been too burdensome with scholarships that they have earned.

I love kids. Wish I had a houseful. Yes they can be stressful but the joy they bring far out weighs the minor irritations. Smile and thank God for how lucky you are to have kids in your life. :)

I have 3 also, it can sometimes be difficult to work on surveys because they keep me pretty busy.  6, 4 and almost 2!
