I am a chocoholic.  I have always been curious about all types of chocolate, whether to eat it or bake with it.  In childhood there was an abundance of milk chocolate products and I enjoyed them, but I always reached out for any dark chocolates I could find (like Hershey's Special Dark).  Now Dark Chocolate has become commonplace with the cacao percentages noted on the bar.  So, my active experimentation continues in the world of dark chocolate!  Right now I've discovered a tasty treat from Sbux that is sold by the square (75% dark chocolate + sea salt).  Yum!

It depends on what type of dessert it is. If we're talking ice cream, I prefer cookies n' creme. If we're talking cake, I prefer chocolate (however carrot cake is a very close second).

Given the choice between the 3 plain flavors (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry), I'd always pick chocolate.  Plain vanilla is just too boring..only good if there something extra added.  Strawberry...I just don't like the tangy taste.

depends on the context.. ice cream? When it comes to ice cream I prefer any other flavor to chocolate. But than chocolate chip cookies, or cacao powder cookies are the best ever.
And a good classic chocolate bar is also unbeatable.
