surveys not crediting/ 15 cent ptc

I have completed 4 surveys and did not get credited.  Hopefully playing the waiting game they will credit soon.  15 cent ptc click the sponsored info will not appear.  Anyone else having these issues?

I was able to complete and get credit for 2 surveys yesterday but everyone is having issues with ptc

I swear I got DQ'd more than 20 times. it sucks but it gets like this at times and even though its frustrating theres not much you can do.
